Cooksey was tasked with creating the brand identity for The Greenbelt, a 325-acre master-planned, mixed-use development approximately four miles south of downtown Greenville. The Greenbelt will blend multiple uses, such as residential, commercial, cultural, institutional and entertainment, into one space, where those functions are physically and functionally integrated, providing pedestrian connections. Our creative team developed the name of the development, logo, brand identity, marketing collateral and website.
