As the 12th largest city in the U.S., Fort Worth stands at a critical crossroads of commerce, boasting one of the nation’s top freight markets—an ideal environment for pioneering mobility solutions. Hillwood wanted to create a mobility innovation summit to bring together more than 150 supply chain executives, entrepreneurs, and investors from around the world. The event focused on advancing and commercializing mobility innovation across the supply chain, reinforcing North Texas as a premier hub for next-generation logistics and transportation technology. Hillwood asked Cooksey to create the name, brand identity, and marketing collateral for the event.
After concepting a number of names, the client chose “Forward Fort Worth” as the final option, and I came up with the logo, brochure and website to promote the event. The event has also strengthened Fort Worth’s reputation among business and civic leaders as a forward-looking economic development hub. Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker, and major industry leaders have used the summit to promote Texas’ pro-business climate and the region’s role in the future of commerce and transportation.
