Objective:
Attract candidates to roles in Allen while supporting the brand ideals of support the Allen’s brand.
Insight:
People want to serve with purpose and to have an impact in their community. Working for the city of Allen is a great way to achieve your career goals and serve with meaning.
Solution:
The idea “Work That Matters” was created and executed in materials. I art-directed a photoshoot featuring actual Allen employees at their jobs across different divisions. The ads linked to a landing page where prospects could apply to open psoitions, not only the ones featured in the ads.
